The communication I had with the business and Ramin was phenomenal, there were a few things on the vehicle I wanted fixed (nothing major) but I'm a picky gal and when I'm making payments on a vehicle everything on that vehicle should be top tier without any hesitation at all the items were fixed to my liking in a timely manor. Friendly business in the Va beach area and not many left like them! I'll be back for another vehicle in 4/5 years no doubt! Put your trust in Imperial and you won't be disappointed

I must say, I could not ask for a better experience at Imperial Motors. I traveled from Yorktown VA to look at a truck they advertised on line. When I got to the lot the truck I wanted to look at was pulled out and for me to test drive. The staff encourage me to not only test drive the truck, but they were also very accommodating in allowing me to have my own mechanic look it over (Great Transparency)!! I did not need to utilize their financing, however, they were very helpful advising me on purchasing options and they were not pushy. After a little friendly negotiation we came to a mutually agreeable deal. The process was quick an seamless, and although the truck was very clean on my arrival, they told me to bring the truck back on a clear day to get the truck detailed. I would defiantly recommend Imperial Motors for your vehicle purchasing needs.

This place is GREAT!!!!! I've bought two dependable vehicles from them never any issues... I work for a dealership and they tried to get me as an employee but not imperial motors they got me a car the same day awesome people definitely buy your car here :)
